Governments world-wide will cease to exist shortly. They are out of funds and out of time. This is weeks away, not months or years away. They were offered numerous opportunities (by the GIA – the bankruptcy receivers), to correct the ongoing malfeasance, property theft, child/sex/drug/weapon trafficking, paedophilia, genocide, money laundering, currency fraud, terrorism, treason, and other crimes they are responsible for. All requests to cease and desist were (repeatedly) ignored.

All governments and every country have been involved in the abuses. Many senior civil servants have been involved, including heads of state and other politicians. Some were blackmailed, some bribed and many wilfully ignorant. Some have had their families threatened or family members murdered. Money laundering is, and was, systemic. The peoples of the world are the victims. This will now stop. We have entered a permanent age of light. CRYSTALLINE TIME.

Every Treasury system has had access to the back end withdrawn. On 8th May 2024 access to the front ends were withdrawn. Tax authorities have been permanently shut down. Off ledger / holding account access has been removed completely and these accounts have been zeroed to prevent further money laundering and to prevent further funding of Deep State agendas, such as: the latest virus, climate change hoax, carbon offsetting, fluoride, transgender, critical race theory, assisted dying, lockdowns, terrorism, wars, removing more of our freedoms and rights, removal and hiding of natural cures and natural medicines, immigration, destruction of the family, hiding free-energy technologies, and so on. The actions taken to date will prevent Deep State from syphoning off further funds for their own nefarious purposes.

China may be the first government to collapse completely. This will be followed by some of the Central Banks. You will notice some banks are already getting into difficulties. This is not expected to affect our access to money, fuel or food supplies. Contingency plans are in place and there is no reason for panic. The Restoration Plan is well underway. • This applies to every government in the world.
• There are no lawful governments currently.

• Martial law was declared worldwide in June 2023. All administration officers, court officers and police officers have been acting ultra vires ever since.
• In other words, there is no lawful basis for anything they do. They rely on your compliance and fear to function.
• Bankruptcy was also declared worldwide in June 2023, so governments cannot lawfully conduct business.
• This means they cannot administer fines, taxes, licensing, etc. Nor can they allocate money or grants to projects. Everything you see is « hot air » to make it look like they still have access to funds.
• Notification of martial law and bankruptcy was sent by private courier to the United Kingdom Government. Every government in the world has received such notifications.
• These documents are held by the Archivists in the World Hall of Records. They cannot be challenged. This information can be accessed through your archivists.

• Staff access to Treasury accounts (back-end and front-end) has been discontinued permanently.
• The following entities will shortly cease to exist in their current forms: Government, its administration, and officers:
  • Courts, their administration, judiciary, and officers.
  • Constabularies, their administration.
  • Police constables and officers.
  • Prisons, their administration, and staff.
  • All Attorney General’s Offices, their administration, and staff.
• To date, those running these bodies unlawfully have refused to come to the table and discuss new contracts. The criminal activities continue, and they lie to the public whom they claim to work for. Many of the unelected individuals (behind the scenes) who controlled our senior civil servants are now dead, meaning sent back to Source (God) with a one-way ticket.
• The computer-based administrative systems for the above entities are now controlled by Ground Commander and Director of the Global Intelligence Agency, Kim Goguen, using highly advanced global software. … This is thousands of years ahead of anything belonging to the Deep State.
• All major operating systems are controlled by the Alpha Harmonic Genesis System, meaning no access for the Deep State whatsoever.
• The following base platforms have also been shut down: All militaries, Intelligence, N.A.T.O. and Internet Security.
• The United Nations and World Health Organisation are also bankrupt and have zero authority.

• This will NOT be a « one world government » run for the benefit of the globalists.
• We will have completely new, local administration run for and by the people on behalf of the local people.
• These « Assemblies » (or whatever we decide to call them) will be run by elected individuals only.
• The emphasis will be on health (traditional and alternative/holistic healing modalities), sickness prevention, wellbeing, education for all ages, spiritual development, environment, new technologies, and supporting local businesses – especially those producing food, goods, and services for local consumption.
• Financial concerns will no longer be at the forefront of decisions. It has still to be announced what will happen regarding global security although much work goes on behind the scenes.
• All new governing bodies will be overseen by C.A.R.E. (Centre for Amity and Restoration of Earth). (Note: Not to be confused with other « Care » organisations).
• The new administrations will be a fraction of the size of the previous government workforces.
• We will no longer be required to work long hours and hold down several jobs at once to achieve this new way of living.
• More than three quarters of our energy was previous stolen from us by the Deep State / Globalists, going to their criminal enterprises, which are too many to list here !

• C.A.R.E. Office to be setup up locally probably one or several for each region.
• C.A.R.E. is a complete replacement for United Nations.
• C.A.R.E. will be at the forefront of the Restoration Plan for planet Earth.

• There will (eventually) be clean water, food, and housing for everyone, everywhere.
• Funds have been allocated to cover our basics needs – food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and pet care. This will be administered on a card-based system called Life Assurance. Announcements will be made by the C.A.R.E team once this becomes available. Everyone will receive their own card.
• There are PLENTY of funds world-wide for everyone to live in abundance. There are no shortages of food, land, or resources despite what you are told by mainstream media. Please do not panic or stockpile. This will not be necessary.
• Life Essential cards are for immediate « supplemental » needs. You still need to work to « create productivity for yourself and others » however, this will not be forever, but to help with our transition to self-abundance !
• Life Assurance is mostly for health and well-being of all souls on the planet.

Extensive funding will be available for group projects aligning with the new vision of our earth. If you wish to apply for funds you will need to produce a project plan and submit this along with your funding request. When funding becomes available it will be announced through C.A.R.E. and you apply through the online funding portal. Announcements will be made by the C.A.R.E team once this is ready to launch. This will only be available once non-interference by the Deep State can be guaranteed. Your project could be anything from setting up a local eco fishing business, to manufacturing a new widget, to setting up a local nursery or even setting up a houseplant business. Small, medium, and large businesses ideas can apply for funding.

• This is no longer a possibility. They are out of money, time, and support.
• The United Kingdom and in particular the City of London, not to forget Washington DC and the Vatican have been at the centre of Deep state operations for decades.
• Crimes of any kind should be reported to your local police team. Chief Constables have the opportunity to come to the table and work for the people.
• It remains to be seen whether they will. They should contact Kim Goguen, Director of The Global Intelligence Agency or Thomas Melville, Deputy Director of the Global Intelligence Agency should they wish to discuss terms / new contracts. Failing that, they too, will be defunded out of existence. Most of the existing police functions will cease as they were designed to raise revenue rather prevent crime or assist the people in times of need – as was the original intended function of our police constables. Kim Goguen, Office of the Guardian / Ground Commander has stated that she will not be enforcing nor funding statutory legislation, meaning there are no statutory offenses nor statutory courts. • US news – Both Trump and Biden have been dead since years. They are played by actors wearing masks.
• Gesara and Nesara were Deep State narratives designed to sign you up to another version of the same slave system. This also applies to CBDC (Central bank digital currency).
• More UK news – « King » Charles, « Queen » Camilla, Kate Middleton and Prince Andrew are all (presumed) dead since the weekend of 23/24 March 2024. Apparently, they were murdered. We have no Head of State currently, unless it is « another actor in a mask ».
• This worldwide Deep State takeover, which has taken them many decades, involved royal families, banking and finance, governments, judiciary, police, militaries, media, medicine, pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing, food, education, etc. This is why it has taken years to remove the controllers and most of their operatives. They have been deeply embedded in all areas of your life for generations. All the operatives have now been released from their contracts and stood down.

• Mass resignations worldwide.
• Bank closures / consolidations.
• Strict new banking rules.
• GIA takeover of military.
• GIA takeover of the media.
• Massive disclosure to the public. Sorry, but there will be no ten days of darkness, no election of Trump, no Q or other such nonsense, no World War Three. There is no funding for war. No wars will be authorised (yes, previously all wars were authorised and funded).
• Zero tolerance of abuses has already been instigated. Those harming innocent people can expect a one-way ticket back to Source (God).

True « med beds » will be completely free once released. There is likely to be several centres per country with high priority cases coming first. If you are asked for money for a med bed service, or for a registration fee for this service, as is currently happening, this is not a true Med bed. Don’t fall for it! As far as we know real Med Beds are not yet available in the British Isles. We have no estimated timeline on this, but you will know as soon as we are able to tell you.

Med beds and other similar technologies will help in the short term, however, you should not regard these as a quick fix for all your health and mental health issues. You must look after the body that Source (God) gave you. You should continually work towards self-improvement to ensure future generations can use their Source given powers without the aid of technologies. The human body, brain, spirit are powerful tools you already possess! Development of these tools is an essential individual task for personal growth.

We are soon to have a wider disclosure of non-terrestrial intelligent, sentient life – probably late 2024/2025 or even 2026. In truth, these beings have been visiting earth for millions of years. There are both positive and negative beings. Ostensibly the negative ones have now been removed with outside assistance. We also have a lot of outside help assisting us to move forward to a new future.

Eventually new technologies will be released, and these include technologies that are hundreds of years ahead of what we are currently familiar with. These include free-energy, communications, and medical technologies. Many technologies have been hidden from us for decades by the Deep State.

My/our understanding of this: Statutory/maritime law or contracts are no longer valid, and they cannot lawfully be enforced. So, no car tax, driving licenses, road tax, VAT, rates, council tax, registration fees, tree licenses, mortgages, or government bills, for example. • ANY money, funds or grants promised by our « glorious leaders » at this point are just hot air and empty promises. There is no money to back any of it. What little they do have left, gets less as each day passes.
• The new world financial system (K.I.M.S.) is backed by precious metals and is the only true Quantum Financial System. It has nothing to do with « Trump », « White Hats », « Black Hats », « Red Hats », « Q » nor any other politician. It has been seamlessly running behind the scenes for some months now. It gives you the freedom to use cash should you wish, and no one has access to your accounts except you; meaning no one can steal your money. More importantly, the « government » can no longer demand payments from you and threaten to take funds from your bank account. Only you can transfer funds.
